Cam is 24th.
Tebow is 1st.
No Bama players on the list.

Also say AU is the fifth best BCS champion of the last decade.

Meh.

His career pales in relation to the others on this list
The fuck? How you figure?
The only category in which that is not the most ignorant thing I've ever read is length of time.
That's the only justification for him not making Top 3. Really #1.
-
We need a jealousy emoticon.
BTW, I've never heard of half the players on that list.
-
That whole list is fucked up and Cam needs to be in the top 10. No way should Colt McCoy be in there, he is the most overrated player I have seen, in the last 10 years.
Here is my top 10
1. Tim Tebow
2. Cam Newton
3. Reggie Bush
4. Darren Mcfadden
5. Adrian Peterson
6. Ndamukong Suh
7. Eric Berry
8. Jake Long
9. A.J. Hawk
10. Vince Young

THIS THIS and fucking THIS.
I would put David Pollack up there with McCoy as well.
My top 3 would be: Tebow, Newton, Young.

Young probably played one of the best games I have ever seen, with his effort in the NC game against USC. However, and maybe I am a bit foggy, I don't remember him being that consistent.
To me Cam's only knock was the fact that he only played 1 year, and that's why I put him at #2 below Tebow. Honestly though I think there is a case to scramble my top 5 around anyway you want...because each one meant a huge difference to their team.

Yeah, the Colt McCoy thing is mind boggling. The guy was surrounded by tons of talent the whole time he was there and never did anything spectacular. You could put Case Keenum or any decent arm QB in his place and get the same or better results. And.....he ought to be barred from anything but the shit list for morphing into a giant vagina in the MNC game.
-
I would have thought Rolando McClain would've been on there as the only Alabama player.

You sure its not Ingram?

Young's Sr year stats were pretty amazing. Before that he was average. Agree on the top 5, all pretty amazing.

GH you find yourself down by a FG with two minutes left and have a choice to make from the five.
Whom do you choose?

For one play - Cam or Vince.
Not Reggie or Tebow.

Didn't he skip his senior year?

Didn't he skip his senior year?
He did...but I went back and looked his Junior year (the NC year) numbers were quite impressive.

Didn't he skip his senior year?
You are right. As GF stated above, that should have read "his last year at Texas".
