A 27-year-old Wilmer man was charged Tuesday with cruelty to an animal after Mobile County sheriffâ€™s deputies said he sexually abused a miniature horse in Wilmer last weekend.

Eric Steven Easley was also charged with killing or disabling livestock, which spokeswoman Lori Myles said is a felony.

Post by: BZ770 on November 04, 2010, 08:23:59 PM: In the Mobile Paper it said that the owner noticed the horse had been tied up by its hair. She called the Vet and the vet said that the animal had been violated. The funny thing is that the perp dropped his wallet at the stable.
