Honestly, it's just lawyering 101: throw up a claim, make the defense do a calculus on defense v settlement; first to capitulate loses (except the lawyers).

God bless em', everyone.

Broun Hall / Diddy Gonna' Diddy/Cam'ron Gettin' Cheeks

Sean Puffy Formerly Diddy Puffy Combs Diddy Do-Wop, is back in the news after a pretty damn graphic video surfaced of him beating the shit out of his then girlfriend back somewhere around 2017.  He's sorry now....that it surfaced.

I couldn't tell you one song the guy ever hippity hopped, I just know his name is always in the news, and rarely for anything good.  But CNN was interviewing some rapper named Cam'ron, who I know even less about, but who basically asked them why they brought him on to talk about Diddy, when he really doesn't know the guy, except in passing.

So, while he's being interviewed, he's sucking down a bottle of Pink Horse Power, a drink he owns that's suppose to get that dick going long and skrong.  He tells the lady interviewing him, "Sorry, I'm going to go get some cheeks after this Horse Power drink."

I thought I'd heard it all. Get some cheeks???  I'm definitely going home tonight and telling Snagette, I'm about to get those cheeks.  I know we'll have a good laugh about it later.

But do we elect Barack for the fourth term?

Sure, let's.  If no rules/norms exist, then fuck it.  If, as Trump claims, the Pres has full immunity, then let's suspend habeas corpus and put his dumb orange ass in jail without further ado.  Then Biden can pack the court (1 justice for every district was the norm until we hit 9 for some reason).  Don't like it?  Biden can walk up and cap your dumb ass on 5th Ave.

It's all protected behavior under the Orange Dipshit's current legal theory.

Kind of the same thing with Pruitt at UT.  Before the last Benjamins and stray fries had been pulled out of the McDonald's bags, the Vols were running him for cause.  I'm sure they worked out a little sump'n sump'n with JP.

I agree that the choice is uninspiring, but this is some dire shit coming from the presumptive R candidate.

We need better choices than these two.  Biden can’t cobble together a coherent sentence without being hopped up on something and Trump cobbles together insanity.

This election is a nightmare.

Oh, sure.  There's some mud that they can throw on his contract now and force a mediated settlement.

I don't see much merit in it either; however, I'm looking at it more from the standpoint of Florida potentially having an out on Napier. Even if the suit fails, if they "investigate" and find Napier was involved, they can cut the chord, which I don't think they'd get much push back for from the fans.

None whatsoever. The hysterical beta left will scream over any idea. Trump is showing you the absurdity of the liberal controlled media. Your kind laps it up like dogs at the feet of your lord and savior barrack hussein obama. And I will gladly allow him to run for a third term IF he can change the constitution. I wish any candidate good luck with that.

The close he gets to winning, the more desperate you look.

Weird.  Use of explicit Nazi language and a confirmed defiance of Constitutional constraints doesn't bother you?

I'm sorry to say that you guys have lost the plot.  This is Anti-American shit.
