Title: Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo

Very under-utilized forum. Need some ideas and different recipes. You can take one look at my fat ass, and tell I love to cook....and EAT!!!   

This is the recipe I used last night.  No instructions.  Just cook the pasta, mix all that other shit together, and combine em'.  Add the parmesan at the end.

Ingredients
1 lb. fetuccine
3 tbsp. butter, divided
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. whole milk
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan

substitute the shrimps with clams...little steamers.
