Title: Motion City Soundtrack
Post by: AUChizad on September 24, 2007, 10:58:33 PM
They fucking rule my face in half.
They just came out with another CD last week. If we had OinkX's server space (and the appropriate forum like they do), I'd post it here. Actually, I have all 61 songs they've ever recorded zipped up on my hard drive. If anyone wants me to send it to them through AIM or something I can do it.

I listened to the whole album last night.  There are a few sounds that grab you by the balls the first time you listen to them.  I'm not completely sold on the album yet, need to listen to it a few more times.  They have started to lean a little bit more towards the emo side though.

Count me in then.  Theres nothing I like more than dying my hair black, putting on too much eye-liner, sitting in the corner and rocking back and forth while a single tear drips down my freshly bruised cheek where daddy slapped me for being a whiny bitch.  Oh, wait...I meant the exact opposite.

To help you guys get to know mglKSAU a little better, I drew up this diagram:

I wish my yard was emo....so it would cut itself.

They fucking rule my face in half.
Please tell me you're kidding. Please? I guess Daniel Powter and The Fray leave you in complete paralysis then?

They just came out with another CD last week.
Even If It Kills Me? Is this the album you speak of? I just listened to the whole thing on their MySpace site. I hope have the wrong Motion City Soundtrack. Maybe I don't grasp your definition of "rule my face in half?" I'm thinking it's supposed to be along the lines of "rock my face off?" Their music isn't bad but, for a guy, I don't think it's something you'd want to sing out loud and tap your thumbs against the steering wheel while doing 70 in the breakdown lane during 5 o'clock traffic in Atlanta... ya know? Or, if you do... I wouldn't admit it.

Just sayin'.

If your into that sort of thing...which you obviously are, but I thought you only let Jizzad do it.

You are all wrong.
I'm sorry that you all have poor taste in music, but they are one of the best bands around. This album is a bit on the softer side compared to their last two. But they rock the fuck out on stage like no other band I've seen. And I've seen thousands including some hardcore punk & metal bands that would leave your balls in a bloody mess. The moog player even rocks the fuck out, rocking the thing back & forth and doing hand stands on it.
