Ads are a touchy subject, and was just curious what anyone thought. I personally think if we put a random banner at the very bottom of every page with some animated porn gifs, it wouldn't take anything away from the site.
If it meant money to run the server, it could be worth it.
I'm not 100% sold on the idea either, I'm just throwing it out there.

The only problem I have is that I access the site from work. As long as some kinky shit isn't being logged on my computer, I say go for it.
I can explain tigersx easier than hard core pron.

Plus I would be willing to bet that the ads will do no good since this is a private board and not open to any Joe Smuck-a-telly. Getting revenue from ads depends on site traffic.

There's plenty of sites that pay just to be on your page at all. But you're right, they're probably the least profitable. But that brings up a good point.
What about the main page http://tigersx.net/ which currently has nothing on it? We could just make that a huge list of links. Put keywords on it that would make it highly google searchable. And our page wouldn't be affected at all.
