Just got into this Netflix series the other day and I'm about 7-8 episodes in. I am entertained. Basically about a bunch of people who are all con artists in one way or another. One group works for an essentially nameless/faceless guy who goes by "The Doctor." He sets up scams where one girl finds the "mark" and has a wild romance and quick, sham marriage, then disappears with all the mark's $$$.
Another group is made up of 3 people she scammed who get together to track her and The Doctor down, then wind up working with her when the FBI tries to bust the operation. Honestly, have never heard of any of the actors/actresses other than Uma Thurman, who has a minimal role. But the chemistry between them ,especially the 3 who got scammed, is great. Think Always Sunny in Philadelphia kind of chemistry. Not that it goes to that level of comedy. It's part drama, part suspense, tons of twists and turns, betrayals etc. but always with an element of comedy to it.
