Title: Saturday Night Live FAILS at irony
Post by: Kaos on October 07, 2018, 02:22:41 PM
In bashing Kanye for having the audacity to speak in support of Trump at the end of last week's show, some anemic-looking gremlin made this statement:

Quote
“You know how wrong about politics you need to be for like me to notice? Do you know how annoying that is? Like Kanye is a genius, but a musical genius,” Davidson joked. “Like Joey Chestnut is a hot dog-eating genius, but I don’t want to hear Joey Chestnut’s opinions about things that aren’t hot dog-related.”

Irony is dripping all over the place and they don't even see it.

How about this:

Michael Che (insert any SNL cast member here) is an uninformed, unfunny comic.  I don't want to hear Michael Che's opinions about things that aren't comedy related.

or

Alec Baldwin is a pompous, know-nothing assclown.  I don't want to hear Alec Baldwin's opinions about things that are related to anything.

I could go on. Like forever.
