As for the bold above, the answer is simple. This great, excellent speech was written by someone else and read off a teleprompter by Trump. With a minimal of his trademark ad-libs. That's not a criticism, I'm very happy to see him stay on-message for a change.
I do find it funny that a lot of the left is bristly about the fact that he read off a teleprompter, just as I thought it was when a lot of you in this thread did the same about Obama. That's what they're supposed to do.

I was thinking today about the Occupy Wall Street idiots. You know, the ones who were demanding higher wages while the economy was Obama-stagnant.
Today those people are getting additional money thanks to Trump's tax cuts and greater opportunities.
You think they are giving credit where it's due? Or will they just wait until the distant future when another worthless democrat is in office, killing the economy and start bitching again? Will they learn that helping businesses actually helps workers more than strangling businesses and giving them government crumbs?
