Title: Who Is Going/Staying?
Post by: Snaggletiger on January 10, 2014, 01:00:23 PM
pinched-n-pasted from al to the dot  I am a gay twerker that has no balls!!!!  I also have no idea how to use the quote function to post stories, so I annoy the piss out of others.  I like male genatalia in and around my mouth.  Plus, I can see why LSU hasn't been all that and a bag of Zaps the past couple of years.  They got hammered by graduation and early reflections last year.  That's a shift load of production on both sides of the ball with the 4 leaving early this year.

Auburn Heisman Trophy finalist Tre Mason announced Thursday that he's leaving early for the NFL draft, as did Alabama juniors Cyrus Kouandjio, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Adrian Hubbard and Jeoffrey Pagan. Auburn left tackle Greg Robinson announced Tuesday that he's gone, too.

Perhaps the most anticipated -- and least surprising -- announcements came from South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney and Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel, both of whom are expected to be top 10 picks. Manziel is a draft-eligible redshirt sophomore, as is his favorite receiver in College Station, Mike Evans, who has also announced he'll turn pro.

Here's a list of other SEC underclassmen who have declared that they're leaving early for the NFL draft, according to published reports and a running list on nfl.com:

Donte Moncrief, WR, Ole Miss

Jarvis Landry, WR, LSU

Odell Beckham, Jr., WR, LSU

Anthony Johnson, DT, LSU

Ego Ferguson, DT, LSU

Henry Josey, RB, Missouri

Kony Ealy, DE, Missouri

Bruce Ellington, WR, South Carolina

Victor Hampton, CB, South Carolina

Kelcy Quarles, DT, South Carolina

Loucheiz Purifoy, CB, Florida

Marcus Roberson, CB, Florida

Ronald Powell, OLB, Florida

Antonio Richardson, OT, Tennessee

Among those who have reportedly declared they will return for their senior seasons:

Reese Dismukes, C, Auburn

Trey DePriest, LB, Alabama

A.J. Johnson, LB, Tennessee

Cedric Ogbuehi, OT, Texas A&M

Jeremy Hill, RB, LSU

Trey Flowers, DE, Arkansas

Ramik Wilson, LB, Georgia

Damian Swann, CB, Georgia

Za'Darius Smith, DE, Kentucky

Bud Dupree, DE, Kentucky

Good thing is it would get them way under the salary cap.

Was looking at an article where NFL scout, Gil Brandt, had Tre Mason rated as the #1 back coming out. Then later changed his mind when 2 others decided to declare, including LSU's Jeremy Hill.  Thank gawd!!!!  That guy was a one man wrecking crew against AU this year. Have a wonderful NFL career and good riddance.

LSU loses Hill, Beckham and Landry.  Now, they usually reload like the turds do, but that trio will be leaving behind some pretty big jockstraps to fill, and no, that is not a racial remark.  Beckham is a freaking stud.  Landry could catch two squirrels and make it look easy.  Jeremy Hill is a child molester, but dude has game.  If he can stay away from the 14 year olds, he wil make some major NFL bank.

On the heels of losing like 11 underclassmen last season to the draft, the 2014 Tigahs are really going to be young and inexperienced.  I really wish they and Arkansas had been switched on Auburn's schedule...
