Never considered our offense that similar to aTm's.

It's not...and it's certainly not anything like SMU's June Jones offense.

Bleacher Report is the worst aggregation of know-nothing psuedo writers in the world.

Correct. Both points.

Auburn is a run first offense. Just like he referenced that ole miss was. Idiot.

Any way you slice it, AU will beat JFF like a red-headed step child Saturday. If they stack the box Marshal will pick them apart. When they back off the 3-headed monster will rip them a new one. It could get ugly for aTm early.

Here's one of those uncomfortable moments where I want to agree with you.

But...

Until further notice Johnny Fucking Football balls out on errbody.  And our defense, improving as it is, hasn't come far enough to deal with him and Megatron Junior.

If we eliminate mistakes and bull shit play calling on offense, we beat these fuckers in their own backyard. Our boys are fucking hungry.

I'll bet ya nutria chili dish we win by a decent margin of victory.

Quote

Nutria Chili

Recipe by: Chef Enola Prudhomme

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 pounds nutria ground meat

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon red pepper

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon chili powder

1 cup diced onion

1 cup diced green bell pepper

1 cup diced red bell pepper

1 cup tomato paste

4 cups beef stock (or water)

1 can red kidney beans (opt.)

In a heavy 5-quart pot on high heat, add oil and heat until very hot. Add meat, and cook and stir 10 minutes. Add salt, red pepper, chili powder, onion and both bell peppers. Cook and stir 15 minutes. Add tomato paste and 4 cups stock. Cook 30 minutes; reduce heat to medium. Add red kidney beans; cook an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot!

Define "decent" and, god help me, I might take that bet.

Even if you win, I think he's about to be banned according to intel. Don't take the bet unless you know where his bunker is.

Don't take the bet unless you know where his bunker is.

And if you do know, wait a little while longer and the dudes in the black helicopters will give you armed backup.  Which is recommended.

Okay since we have the most exciting player in CFB at their place where scoring is at a premium and nutria is involved I suggest the Carl Spackler defense where a onrushing DE plants a cleat firmly onto said ringer's shoetop while a DT finishes...like a skidder snapping down brush. Can't be popular but then we are, after all, talking nutria here.

                                        #winning      Not sayin, jus sayin.

The only hope our defense has to slow down JFF is to keep the ball in the hands of Mason, Payne, Grant and company for long grinding drives lasting 5-6 minutes minimum each.

We isn't good at that.

Then maybe Chandler Shakespeare can break into a soliloquy and keep the attention of the defense longer.

If you prick us, do we not bleed?  If you tickle us, do we not laugh?  If you poison us, do we not die?  If you run at Jake, does he not flail wildly at the wind?

I think we just run our O normal and hope we can get some stops against them and try to outshoot 'em. If we go down, we go down swinging and slinging. Then, if we don't win, we say they cheated. Just a regular game.

This is beautiful, by the way. Your prose is pretty.

That only works when we win.

I'm hoping for some defensive tds. What is our average on ranked teams with respect to TDs on turnovers and also capitalization on TOs? And where the hell is Stattiger when you need him?

Slow your O down.  The best defense is keeping Manziel's ass off the field.
