I've got friends who work for NASA who tell me that the latest they've heard about are people leaving thumb drives in parking lots of top secret installations.  The idea being if you find a thumb drive in a parking lot, you'll pick it up, and then plug it into your computer, in hopes of finding the owner.  Once plugged in, the Trojan goes to work and starts sending files to other countries.  They suspect China, of course.  As a result, NASA has said that external drives and thumb drives are no longer allowed.

Wow, thats crazy but smart. Just reading these types of articles only scratch the surface of what really goes on between governments. I mean, when we watch these modern spy or action type movies, we can actually this kind of shit is really happening. I guess I should have listened when folks told me it payed to be smart.

No surprise that the Chinese and the Russians are the two biggest threats and they are also the two most active.  You would be surprised at how many of our allies participate.

No doubt, except for Israel. This little country packs a punch. Speaking of allies, I'm thinking that the order of who is who has changed since the Cold War. For instance, Iran would def be over there with Russia and China but lets say Germany would be more of an allied nation; def when it comes to topics like this. The US and Israel are the ones though that I guarantee are behind this cyberwar with Iran.

These 2 countries have been our biggest threat for a LONG time - Russia for over a Century and China the last half decade. If you look deep into it, since WWII, both of these countries are AT the root of just about every major conflict. Korea? Sure thing - Chinese reds influence into North Korea and on into South Korea until we stepped in thus resulting in the DMZ line/stalemate that still exists today splitting the country....Vietnam? You bet. See Korean war but different peninsula and without the split as an end result (Nixon was way too trusting of the North Vietnamese to keep a promise). Afghan War? The Commie Bastards invaded them. And guess which side we armed? Hint: We are fighting them now.

Gulf War, Iraq War - laugh about the last two but who do you think was supplying Hussein with weapons? They didn't manufacture those AK-47's and STA missiles themselves. And the War on Terror with Al Qaeda? Yeah, they didn't manufacture those AK-47's and RPG's either. I'm not even gonna go into how much Russia and China are in bed with Ahmenijad and the Iranian Nuclear Program. It's not even a secret. And I do believe Iran is considered an enemy of the US....hmmmm, I see a trend.

I have a book called "Treachery" by Bill Gertz that goes into great detail explaining how our so called 'friends' in China and Russia have basically been our worst enemies by arming and supporting opposition to the United States for 50 years via various means, mainly through war.
