I like to order it tough as leather and then slather it with a gallon of ketchup. Especially at a place that is known for steaks. Just to get them pissy. And also Wes. He likes that too.

In seriousness, I order steak about once every 3 years. Especially if I am down your way in those parts (mcguires, etc). I'm almost exclusively ordering seafood at that juncture.

Can't recall the last time I ordered a steak at a restaurant. I normally have steak once a week and I found the butcher that gives me the perfect cut and I season and grill it exactly how I like it.
