Title: The BCS
Post by: Townhallsavoy on December 01, 2013, 12:19:47 PM
Brad Edwards Projects:

1.  Florida State
2.  Ohio State
3.  Auburn
4.  Alabama
5.  Missouri

Why can't they just die?  Why not just drop them below the other one loss teams that lost early (or earlier) and be done with them?

Haven't you heard?
AJ McTattoo has never lost a road game.  Their defense is better than the Steel Curtain.  There is no way anybody runs for 100 yards on them, probably not even 50.  They haven't lost a game in like 23 years.
AJ McTattoo is your Heisman winner this year, so it's destined that he play in the BCSMNC game.  Did I mention that he's never lost a road game?

Doesn't matter either way. Winner of the SEC championship game will play for the trophy after Ohio State loses to Michigan State.

if Auburn is exactly one spot ahead (0.04 average) of tosu in the computers, tosu barely ekes out second place. If Auburn is more than .04 ahead (Auburn picks up a #1 in one or more of the individual computers, while tosu stays 3 or lower in all of them), then Auburn will be #2 in tonight's bcs rankings

tonight's rankings don't mean much, and it may actually be bad to get to #2 this week, since it could drive some sympathy votes towards tosu next week

It's possible that we get left out of the BCS championship game again if we can beat Mizzou.

Yup...and I still be extremely happy for Auburn and the job that this staff has done.
