Title: Fourth of July BBQ

just dry rubbed a brisket...injected and rubbed a boston butt.   starting them at 2:30 a.m. pst. using apple pellets.

later...atomic buffalo turds and a whole bunch of fixins including boiled peanuts.

dessert oregon strawberry cupcakes ...daughters fifth birthday.
