Title: Any hope for the good guys tonight?
Post by: Buzz Killington on February 23, 2011, 07:21:54 PM
I mean...do you think maybe the bus will have a flat tire, keeping them in Auburn?

So far, so good. Can't last long, unfortunately.

My utter contempt for Bammers is reinforced.

Constant barrage of boos everytime Auburn gets the ball.

Some Updyke next to the camera yelled out "Whatcha gon do if yuh win, ya ain't got no damn tree to roll!"

That's just the fringe element, Chizad.  None of the people who actually go to school there or are alumni would ever act in such a manner.

I got so sick of the Finebaum crap giggling about how they shouldn't show up and Auburn fans were scared to go to the game.  Why would WE be scared?  We're not the terrorists.   He predicted five Auburn fans in the stands and a 20-plus point loss.

I think it is on WABM-68

I found it.  It is on some local channel here.  44 or something.  One of those channels where the color is so bad you can't tell what's who.  But it's there.

Not sure why DirecTV disavowed it.

The DVR finally finished and I was able to start watching just in time to see Chubb get fucking hosed on a call.  I think I'll turn it off again.

I was ruining things.  I turned it off, too.  Shouldn't have turned it on.

CRAP.

Two freethrows in over eight minutes of clock time.  Unreal.  I jinxed the fuck out of it.

Has there been a game before where the home team was allowed to shoot 100 free throws?  We may be seeing a part of history tonight.

Oh, and Fuck You Will Perdue.

The Crimson Chaos has picked a player on the opposing team before each game this season and boo'd him every time that player touched the ball. It's not just an Auburn thing.

They just beat the hell out of us, in case you didn't know. Rammer Jammer.

We win that game without the awful home cooking...

Couldn't watch.

Explain to me why the ESPN site has 0:00 end of second half and then three Alabama shots AFTER that?

Maybe it's not the Chaos, but I think it is.

And it's college students at a basketball game. How the fuck is booing someone any less classy than chanting "airball" after a player misses the entire backboard and rim? The war is making pussies out of some of you.  Hypocrites too.

You know what?  Screw the coordinates.  I'll just call in an airstrike and napalm the entire tri-city area.

Do the subtitles show up? I added subtitles, but see in the comments someone asked what he said.

No they do not.

What about now?

Apparently you can't force subtitles by default for a video, but you can add a tag to the URL.

Did that work?

What's your point?

I rarely have a point.

But when you do your hair covers it nicely.

On the reals, did it work?

I don't think it did.

But I can't tell, because when you manually click the subtitles once, YouTube stores that setting for your machine.

If anyone knows a better way to embed them, let me know.

I heard the Updike say something to the effect that Auburn has no trees to roll.

So that's a no.

Click the triangle and then the "CC" button in the bottom right corner of the video.

Got it. It worked.

"You don't have a prayer to win, Auburn"
"You've got no tree to roll"
"Roh Tahd!"

The guy is a buttmuncher.
