What has been happening to them? A few months ago we had 15, then 14, and now it has dwindled down to 13.

Lanier was offered a scholarship provided that he would be a January grad.  It looks like that is not going to happen, so they are looking elsewhere.

Exactly.  When you spend that much on your QB, how are you supposed to pay the recruits who haven't played a down fo football for you.

See, that's why it's so much easier to just give them cars. Money is an exact number. Cars are subjective to the tastes of the owner.
