Cliff Lee rocked in the 1st game.  7 earned runs in 4 and 2/3. 

Giants up 8-4 in the bottom of the 7th.

The Rangers made a nice little comeback. I would never count the Rangers out totally. They have way too many bats. I would give the Rangers the edge since I think they have better hitters, but it should be a good series.

The Rangers have a better back story, with the bankruptcy dealings and all.  Plus it's their first WS.  Plus Nolan Ryan is affiliated with them.  So I'd like for them to win, but...


I'm pretty sure Lincecum smokes good weed, so I might change my mind.

They'd better take advantage of this chance, because once Mike Quade gets a full season in Chicago...a dynasty will be in the making.
