This pile of criminal garbage Biden - during the inauguration of the greatest president of our lifetimes - issued a pardon for his entire corrupt family.

CRIMINALS all.

Come on, wes, defend this.  I double dog dare you.

So, on his way out of office, Biden pardons Anthony Fauci, Mark Milley, and everyone on the January 6th Committee.

How do you pardon somebody not even accused of a crime?

I'm sure wes will be along directly to explain how this is a good thing and Trump has done something worse.

It is within the president's constitutional (Article II, Section 2, Clause 1)  power to pardon "either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment."

My understanding is that accepting the pardon is treated essentially as an admission of guilt. They just can't be punished. They know and accept they are criminals.

There are limits, however.  Presidential pardons extend only to federal crimes. They have no standing on state crimes or civil litigation.

That means it's likely up to the states or us, as citizens, to bury these murderers (Fauci) and traitors (Cheney, Schiff, Milley in particular) as deeply as we can. Destroy them.  Ruin what's left of their lives.

Must see YouTube video as Levin highlights the failed coordinated effort to destroy DJT and his candidacy. Victor Davis Hanson is the very timely guest the night before the inaguration. Kevin McCarthy also chips in.

Hard to nitpick a road conference win, so my only observation is that is was weird seeing Hudson so early rather than Cmo.

Big showdown with UT upcoming, but losing to Vandy takes a little wind out of the sails.

I think there's a book here.

Maybe I should write it.  Get Wes to write the foreword.
