off of youtube and into an MP3.  This is the best site I have found to do it thus far.

This is the software I use. I love it.

This software records the music coming from your sound card and then also tag it and move it to iTunes if you want.

I have a subscription to Rhapsody music, so I que a ton of songs or albums in my Rhapsody play list, hit record, and go to bed. When I wake up, they are all burned to MP3 format and most are tagged and labeled by artis song and album. It's freaking sweet!
