Take a look at the following  picture. It is not animated. Your eyes are  making it move.

Stare at one spot or look at the black center of each circle for a couple seconds and everything will stop moving.

If you  move your eyes to the next black center the previous circle will move after you take your eyes away from it.

Concentrate on the four black dots in the center of the picture for about thirty seconds.
I promise this isn’t one of those things where you concentrate and something jumps out and screams.

Then take a look at the nearest wall. – Or any smooth, single colored surface.

Start blinking your eyes and a figure will emerge.
