The state rag is reporting Demario Tolan is off the team, but no reason has been offered.
Now reading that his mom and sister passed away and he's taking time away from football

Nope, he gone. I noticed now that Demario Tolan is gone, Keionte Scott has taken #0.
I'm wondering if he'll be returning punts this year. Kid's got some jets. I may be wrong, but I was thinking Brian Battie was also a special teams bad ass.

Edit: He was an All-American kick returner at USF, averaging 32.5 yards a return.
Think Jay Fair is pretty shifty too. Hopefully he gets a look returning punts as well. I think Battie and Cobb will be toting the rock on the few kickoffs other teams get this year.

It was just revealed this week that he had surgery for a broken bone in his foot back in April and it sounds like the healing process is taking longer that Hue would like.

if Cayden Bridges isn't ringing a bell for anyone......hes the dude that solidified probably one of the ugliest "wins" in Auburn history last year by recovering a fumble in the end zone to end the game against Mizzou. That game still makes me throw up a little. Tommy and Sly Croom may officially be off the hook now for 3-2.

I thought the Mizzo game in 22 was a much sloppier game overall. Sly and Tommy built good teams at the LOS which may have had a little to do with the 3-2. I don't remember it being as sloppy as both Mizzo and Auburn were last year.
