Here's an idea...something the Republicans could've been working on for the past 8 years or so...make some tweeks to ObamaCare (hint: focus on the negatives and work on them). They can even rename it TrumpBiglyCare or whatever the fuck they wanna call it.

They voted to repeal, when Obama is in there, knowing that it will get vetoed, and they don't have the votes to override it, because they know it plays well with the masses. The best move is to get rid of it completely and take a couple of steps back from raw socialism.
The problem is that we have a President willing to do what's unpopular (among the entitled class) for the good of the country, but a House and Senate afraid to do anything because they're afraid of what the media will say or that they might lose a vote here and there. So they waffle hoping it will all go away.
Too bad Trump can't fire them all.

Agreed. But as Obama knew, once an entitlement was given, it is hard as hell for it to be taken back. The democrats scream about the GOP taking healthcare away from millions when it never should have been given in the first place. Obama set the standard on free healthcare, and it will take a massive movement (which isn't going to happen) to reverse the decision.

I kinda like how its working out. This is not on Trump and he is showing that congress has been sitting on its ass for far too long.
They worry about the consequences ans not about doing what they were elected to to. I predict a new plan will pass about this time next year.

The only part of the plan I don't fully understand is its certain failure.
Did Obama really want his name attached to this disastrous turd knowing that it was going to crash and burn just in time for Hillary to ride in, put the entire insurance industry out of business and fold it into the government? Was he that dedicated to the socialist agenda that he'd allow his legacy to be besmirched?
I can see if there was some quid pro quo where she agreed to blame republicans for not letting him go far enough with his plan and kept his name on top of it. But they were not that close were they?

Increase by 25%-50%? What the holy hell? My premiums more than doubled under Obama and I estimate I have 30-40% less coverage with a $3,000.00 deductible. I'm paying over $20,000.00 per year for less coverage. We've now lost 2 employees strictly because of Obamacare. That's what is real to me Prowler.

You don't get it. People like you are raising hell because he's trying to replace it. You don't get that Obamacare was destined to fail from the get-go. The only way you will get it is to let it completely implode all on its own and stop functioning. And even then, I don't think that you will get it. Republicans are the proverbial dog chasing the car. They finally caught the car and have no fucking clue what to do with it.
They're using healthcare as a way to pass pork for their own agendas, and that's wrong. That's part of why this bill is going nowhere. All of that is why Trump is going to let Obamacare continue to fail, which is its natural path. At some point it is going to get absolutely critical, and the Republicans will have no choice but to crank it out without all of the bullshit.

Agreed, but it's absolute fucking bullshit that all of us working folks will have our premiums continue to go up (my family is fortunate, our premiums are only going up 200 bucks a month this coming year) while the Republicans continue to have their fucking heads up their fucking asses.

There were only 10 million enrolled by their prediction date. They also predicted billions of dollars in profits for the insurance companies that participated in the exchanges. In reality, that didn't even come close to happening. There were simply not enough young healthy people enrolled to come close to floating the risk corridor. And I'm sorry, but I don't expect the insurance companies to continue taking it in the ass. If you do, then it's your own fault for being stupid. They're a company, and they're in business to make money. Also, they have people not on Obamacare that pay premiums for insurance that they have a responsibility to provide service to. I have BCBS through the city that I work for, and I would be pretty upset if my premiums increased just to compensate for the losses from the exchanges.
