The #4 Lady Tigers opened the season with a 9-0 no hit, mercy rule win! Scored 7 in the first inning and cruised from that point on.

I watched the shit out of this team last year. They were fun to watch. I look forward to following another World Series run. Clint Meyers is a bad ass.

Don't make me pull the "I know Kasey Cooper's family" card. Damn it, I'll do it.
I can't say I did much more than follow them (think stalk) to see how they were doing. Admittedly, I started paying attention when they had a chance at the big prize. But, that was just because it was Auburn. I like to see how Cooper is doing just because she's somebody we know from here. That's about it. I'm just not a fan of the game, no matter how hard I try. I get it. I've watched more than enough to understand the nuances of it. It just doesn't appeal to me.

I guess it's early and as is usually the case, the pitching is way ahead of the hitting.

I was looking at the highlights of this game, and UCF is actually a pretty good team. They beat #5 bama 8-2 last week.

They appear to be a pretty solid team. Their 2 losses are to #3 Auburn (2-0) and #19 James Madison (1-0).
