Title: Auburn > North Carolina
Post by: Snaggletiger on January 14, 2013, 11:43:53 AM
Since AU beat Florida State by 6 and the Tarheels only took down the Noles by 5, it's the logical conclusion. Went Saturday to the Hassee' and watched FSU/UNC battle it out.  Great game with the Heels clamping down on D in the last couple of minutes to take the W.  Even though I'm an avid Dookie, it was pretty awesome to see a legend like Roy Williams roaming the sidelines.  Also cool to watch two big, physical teams like that and realize Auburn can compete on that level.

I am speechless at your logic.

Still speechless.

Sounds like it was a great game; hate that I missed it but I'm still planning on a trip to Auburn at some point for a game this season.

Very impressed with Hairston for UNC.  Smoothest playa on the floor.  He'd been hitting pull up jumpers and weaving his way to the bucket for easy shots most of the game.  Late in the game, he catches it on the wing and decides it's time to take to go to the rack....now!!!  And just explodes for a dunk.  Even the FSU fans gave a collective Oooooo.....
