I didn't realize we only have 11 committed players and 2 already signed. That's, um, well, let me see if my math is right, only 13 players!
And one is a kicker and one is a punter.
And Dee Liner is considered a lock to flip to Alabama.
I'm going to go chew my nails.

Just went over to al.com and they had a write up on AU/UA kids in the All Star game this weekend. Gave each one's bio and 2-3 sentences about them. 6 Bama guys all had glowing write ups. For all 3 AU commits, it focused on them possibly flipping. There was even an article on Jeremy Johnson still considering Ole Miss. A lot of negative press and uncertainty. But, I will say the addition of Garner is going to pay big dividends before it's all said and done.

As I have stated previously...
I would rather lose every recruit in this class than to keep Chizik.
It looks like I may get my wish. And I am ok with it...

13 commits. 6 of them are 4 star and 2 of them are 5 star players. I put our chances at better than 50/50 (Or 63%) on getting 5* Rueben Foster back. We're supposedly solid in the mix for several more prime timers including Montraviosity Adams. I keep thinking I have to realize this is a whole new staff and they're targeting a lot of different kids who weren't on our radar before. I'm also hoping that Garner has a few guys he could flip from UGA.

I've heard we've got silent commits from both D'Glester Hardunkichud and Ozamataz Buckshank. Don't be surprised if T'Carpetron Dookmarriott doesn't follow as soon as those two announce.

I probably jumped the gun on Buckshank because it's been rumored that he's a package deal with team mate, Juckmerius Tacktheritrix. Everybody knows Tacktheritrix has been solid to College of Charleston from day 1.

Been watching a little of the UnderArmour competitions this week and getting pumped at the possibilities....and pissed off thinking how the rich might keep getting richer at our expense. Have no idea how Rueben Foster will be as a D1 player. He may be the next coming of Ray Lewis (Not in the murdering sense) or he may be lost as hell. But I watched him in one of the competitions last night and dizzam, that guy is a physical specimen. I want this kid back.

Now, all the haters aside, how would you like to land Adams along with Lawson, Liner and Foster? I truly believe that's a better possibility than many might think.

]I have little doubt that the staff recoups to at least a top 15 finish in recruiting (whatever the standards) but I fully expect Auburn (under Malzahn) to initially resemble the team that faced Northwestern in the bowl game of '09. Just think it's ridiculous to think there will be some sort of major shift change in the SEC West in light of the recent beatdowns administered by our rivals. I do however expect better in 2014.

Stults is quite an athlete. Watched his receiver workout. He can help us. Wilson can too but State might have the edge because of basketball.
Trey Johnson committed to Ohio State and Auburn is supposedly working him hard. I hope we fill the rest of the spots with defenders unless we can get the power back Green.
And I'm still convinced that QB Nick Marshall, former UGA commit (dismissed) and career resurrected as a JUCO prospect is the "troubled" one, or so indicates a JC site that says Richt is interested again.

If we are top 20 in all the services, it will be a decent accomplishment, imo. We had a lot of momentum. If we get the help we need at LB and DL then it will be a good class. We gotta have help there for THIS season.

Yeah cause he sucks and our big black receivers have worked out great so far!
It's time AU got back to recruiting more receivers and less athletes. A true receiver is a thing of beauty. Many athletes do not transition well into a receiver. If most did, you wouldn't have that many receivers on the roster.
So yeah. I would like to see a 6' white guy on our team, if he catches the ball like Swope.

You know I played around with how to structure that for a .5 minutes, and then I said fuck it. I was a comma splicer in college, but give me some numbers and I was at home. I always had an Engrish major to do the final critique on said Engrish papers.
