Team Flay having some issues burning things.  Hastings, a southern boy, says sausage is "in his wheelhouse".

One interesting dish he has is "rabbit saddles, stuffed and trussed with sausage".

Team Hastings celebrates the end of competition with some white peach moonshine!  Judgement to come.

Hastings, after serving moonshine at the plating, wins by one point over the Iron Chef with the highest winning percentage.

I was really hoping to eat at Hot and Hot sometime soon.  Probably going to be booked for a while.

Hastings is a bad ass, Hot & Hot is my favorite restaurant by far.
