Title: Maybe One Of The Dumbest Campaign Ads Ever
Post by: AUTailgatingRules on April 02, 2008, 04:19:53 PM
What the hell does Hillary plan to do about the economy or the housing crisis at 3 am?  Last time I checked all the banks and markets are closed at 3am.

I love how she has a "plan" to save all the homes for the deadbeats that got in over their heads and can't pay the mortgage

Which brings me to my next question, if you can afford your mortgage before the interest rate went up, why would you not stop paying some other bills and keep your house payment current.  I've never seen anyone kicked out of their house for an unpaid credit card.

This Ad might be a little dumber...

I must admit when I first heard both of these Ads my first thought was that of the three major candidates running I'd prefer McCain to answer the phone.

And apparently the little girl in the Clinton 3 am Ad is an Obama supporter...now that is what I call irony.

Here she is on CNN:

I listen to a lot of talk radio and I agree with you on that jumbo but I can't stand to listen to this guy (or Clark Howard because of the morons who DO call in to his show (and because Clark Howard is very annoying).  At least when a dimwit calls into Bill Handel's show (Handel on the Law) for legal advice he makes fun of them relentlessly before providing some useless advice.

I saw an "expose" on ABC about the so-called mortgage crisis.   The person they chose to profile as representative of the dire issues facing the country was a single mom.  She makes $30,000 a year.  She CHOSE to purchase a $400,000 home.  And now she was worried that she was going to lose her home because she could not afford the payments.  The ABC reporter was all about calling this person a victim. Yes, she is a victim. A victim of her own stupidity and greed.

This is the real crisis facing this country.  Stupid people breeding.  When we do something about that, there won't be a need for democrats.
