Okay, #10.  I do not WATCH any of the talking heads on any of the "news" networks.  No Hannity, no Maddow, no Waters, no Cuomo or whoever is on these days.  I do have Fox News as my home page, and like a fine Penthouse or Hustler, I just look at it for the informative articles. 

Right now, they have the article above, one on the former stars of M*A*S*H staying connected, the Bronx cops looking for a rapist who uses a belt as a noose to subdue his victims, Sheryl Crow demanding Congress look into how AI is affecting the music industry, and even a piece on Hillary calling out the anti-Israel protestors.

And saying every one comes from Fox, I beg to differ, young man.  But yes, I check it out several times a day.  I'm comfortable with their site. Had it up for probably 15 years.

I wish I could claim the keen eye.  I was a "Trials of the Century" CLE years ago and they told the whole story about how Darden got punked.

Yeah, I forgot about the neoprene part since it was out in the courtroom. Im no court sleuth but it was said in the doc that could have been avoided behind closed doors. Dardens ego got the better of him there when Cochran drew a line in the sand.

To your other point - Thats pretty much what the juror interviewed in the 30 for 30 said....not quite verbatim but close.

Clark never had a chance. I don't think that means she was a bad prosecutor but Darden doing what Wes said above sunk any remote chance she had. BUT...she could have been a home run hitter and it wouldn't have won it.

Ever tried putting on anything with neoprene gloves on?   They were never going to fit.

Wouldn’t have mattered though.  Rodney King got whooped on and Furhman was on tape saying a word virtually every white person over the age of 30 (at that time) had said — a word that was used regularly on tv by blacks and whites alike.
