Robert Culp, who fit the Peter Graves mold in terms of performance is now dead. 

Who will be the third? 

My money is on Leslie Nielsen. 

Also good bets?  Robert Wagner, Bob Crane (except he's already dead), Robert Vaughn or Patrick MacNee.
