Courage is only fear holding on a minute longer.--George S. Patton

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Enjoy it!  I've always wanted to see him live.

Six String Music - Jimmy Buffett

He was fucking awesome. Philips Arena was packed. The crowd was into from the first song which was Roll Me Away. He even covered Downtown Train (which he actually wrote and was going to record but apparently let Rod Stewart instead). He did pretty much ALL the hits EXCEPT for Still the Same. Sorry Sani. There were about 12-13 songs in the main set and 2 encores with 2 songs each. Again, Seger was teh fuckin roxxers.

We've Got Tonight and Night Moves were probably the best performances of the night. The air smelled of doobies all night as well. To be expected.

Fire and Rain by James Taylor.

This is the saddest song on Earth.

Edit - After doing some research, it seems as if I have the story wrong.  I thought this song was written about his wife who died in a plane crash.  Turns out, it's not.

Still a sad song though.
