Wesley Snipes made an appearance today at the City Council meeting.
Snipes, who has appeared in dozens of movies including "New Jack City," "White Men Can't Jump," "Passenger 57" and the "Blade" movies, was introduced by Mayor William Bell.
He then said: "Our next movie will be here in Alabama."
Bell then left the council meeting with Snipes and said more details would be announced later.
