Just a note in the midst of football season and the Braves swoon. Auburn got a verbal from a local player from Northview High School here in Dothan. Craig Shirley was a 6A All-State selection who batted .477 with 18 HR and 72 RBI's. Also pitched some for Northview and in Auburn's recent camp, he was clocked at 92 m.p.h. 6'4" 220 and someone you may want to follow this year. Looks like a real good pick up.
