This wouldn't be good if we lose him. While no one guy makes a class, by any means, he is (according to the ESPN ratings) our second highest rated guy in the class. He's rated an 83 (Dyer is an 86) and is their #24 overall player in the country. I'm guessing Georgia is selling him "you'd be our number one guy".
The only good thing is that it seems that most of the time some decommits it's to commit to another program that has swayed them. The fact that he didn't decommit from us and commit immediately to Georgia (or UNC or WVU) tells me he hasn't necessarily changed his mind completely, but maybe just wants to take his visits and make his decision from ground zero.
We need play makers like this guy. Let's hope he gets back on board.
