Patterson's name will float around a few jobs I'd think.

yeah, do not know what happened to the article......not much to it, just a quote from Gary Patterson that he found the ND job "interesting" and  that he had not been contacted but would listen if they called.

God Damn it sure would suck to be a TCU fan....EVERY FUCKIN' YEAR.  How could you honestly say that Coach Patterson loves it here. Hey Mr. Stud recruit, come to Texas Christian, don't worry about Coach Patterson wanting to leave every year.

Something isn't right with the Coach Patterson and TCU situation....

My source says they offered Stoops 24 million for 8 years.

That's piss in the wind compared to his OU salary.

I don't understand why anyone would want Stoops.  He has proven over and over again that he can't win the big one....except for a snoozer over FSU.

OU....OSU...Bills....same shit, different team.

Even with their record, they would get a decent bowl bid that would probably pay $2-$3 mil.  They're just going to turn it down?  Why?

My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

I was told the players voted it down.

My assumption was that they plan on hiring a new staff before Christmas.  Having two coaching staffs in the same office with one planning on a bowl game to finish this season and the other planning on changing everything would be too much.

Yeah, Butt.
This is an independent that gets to keep their bowl money. Idiot/pride move IMO.

I've heard that he was making a trip up there with Dr. Lou.

Also, Stoops has stated "I will not be the next Head Coach at Notre Dame"

This makes me embarrassed for Skip.

Brian Kelly has backed off his statements about "entertaining" a Notre Dame offer, which is coach speak for I have agreed in principle to be the next Fighting Irish corch.

Nope....he actually said "I will not be the next head coach at Notre Dame".  It was on ESPN last night with their College Football recap show.
