Harold and Kumar
« on: September 21, 2007, 11:20:19 AM »
I was awake at 2:30 on Thursday morning and finally caught this flick on TBS.  Granted, the profanity was filtered out, but I could get the gist of the movie.

I laughed, I cried, I got a funny feeling in my pants when they showed the hot chick that Harold lusted after.

I wish to see it again, unedited.

The part about Neil Patrick Harris is even funnier considering the fact that he is out of the closet now.

I wasn't going to see it since it didn't make Galen's cut but if you say it's funny, I will come off the .89 and rent it.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall said, "Guys don't mind hitting Michael Vick in the open field, but when you see Cam, you have to think about how you're going to tackle him. He's like a big tight end coming at you."

You definitely need to see the unedited version, RB.  Well worth your time.  I saw Good Luck Chuck last night, and it was 10x funnier than I expected.  I highly recommend it.

They showed a preview for a Harold & Kumar sequel that is coming out soon.  Definitely have to catch that one.

A short poem by AUChizad: Good Luck Chuck looks stupid as fuck.
I'm no Galen. I love me some dumb humor, but geeze (judging from the previews). Dane Cook's overrated in my book anyway.

Trust me, judging from the previews I had no desire to see it at all.  My wife talked me into it, and I was pleasantly surprised.  It was a lot cruder than I thought it would be (which is a good thing).  I'm telling you, it was worth watching.
