"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Yeah your "solid" sources had Tubs to Arky...David :moon:

We'll see in the end.

And if you don't think there was some serious consideration to take the Arky job on Tubby's part, you're fooling yourself.

Lucky for you the real power behind the throne got things done on that one.

Well, in reading some of the other boards this morning it looks like Tommy may be making a counter-offer to try to keep Muschamp.  Either way, we should know something today one way or another.

I talked to a buddy of mine that is really good friends with Muschamps agent (who is definitely not Sexton by the way) and he said that Muschamp was talking with Texas even before the Peach Bowl. It sounds like to me Muschamp is tired of the "We are going to have a good defense as long as I am here. This is my defensive philosophy and I will hire someone that fits into it." talk that you sometimes hear from TT. That may be where some of this is coming from...

But then again, I am also convinced that TT was WAY closer to taking the Arkansas job than a lot of people out there so take it for what it's worth.

Who is his agent?  I've heard it reported that he recently hired Sexton.  If not him, who?  Russ Campbell?

Mark Carmony. He is a big UGA booster and tailgates with a good UGA friend of mine at all the games.

Career Sports Entertainment...he works with Lonnie Cooper....agent to all the Braves players

Still no word on Muschamp's plans

Will Muschamp's Auburn future remains uncertain.

Muschamp, Auburn's defensive coordinator, interviewed Thursday for a similar position at Texas. Muschamp was still in Austin this morning, and Auburn coach Tommy Tuberville said this morning he has not talked to Muschamp since the interview.

What does it mean? It's really impossible to say. Most of the time, when a high-profile coordinator like Muschamp goes to interview at another school, he takes the job. But there are also ample examples of times when it didn't happen that way.

It would be surprising if something isn't known before the end of the day.

Should Muschamp decide to go to Texas, which would still seem to be the probable outcome of all this, Auburn will have a new defensive coordinator in a matter of days. Stay tuned.

I thought that was the chicks that were all daughters of the Beach Boys or sisters to MacKenzie Phillips or whatever that were all kinda cute in the face except two of them were a little chubby and one had a lazy eye or something...

Who is that?
