Spot on...

I have a couple of clowns on my current project team from the New York area.  They always whine about not having enough money for anything.  I enjoy reminding them that they are renting (throwing away) a 600 square foot apartment for about three times as much as what I am paying for my mortgage (ownership) on a 2000 square foot home outside of Atlanta.  They voted for The Obama of course...  I always say that stupidity should be painful.
