I have never understood why people made fun of her for this.  Sometimes when you are constantly exposed to a different accent, you subconsciously start to mimic it.  A Swedish exchange student I knew in high school said her mom told her she spoke Swedish with a Southern accent after she had been here for a while. I am also like that - I spent a summer living with a host family in Hawaii on a youth exchange trip and I picked up some of their ways of speaking and inflections.  Same thing when I spend time in the UK.  It went away when I got home, of course, and I imagine hers will too once she gets back to the US for a while. 

All that being said - I still think she is a washed up skanky ho.

Fucking hilarious!  I never knew that there were so many ways to prepare Spam until I went to Hawaii a few years back.  The "Spam Sushi" was probably the worst; it smelled of dead fish with the nasty seaweed wrap...which brings us back to speaking of Madonna.
