Nothing takes me back to my teenage years quite like seeing a good "fatality".  That one was 

You folks post more of your favorites, please.  But know that nothing will ever top the initial shock factor of my all time favorite, from the original...sub-zero ripping a head off, with a bloody spine dangling beneath.  Remember the public outrage against the brutal, graphic violence of this game when it first came out as an arcade game?  It's definitely was a trend-setter for fighting games, making "Street Fighter" look sissified.
