Versus Mercer Tonight
« on: November 19, 2008, 02:20:58 PM »
Well I see that we're playing Mercer tonight at 7:00 CST; anybody got a good feeling about this game?  After seeing two wins so far this season I'm keeping hope alive!  Especially after a disappointing football season so far but remarking on that is above my pay grade and has been commented on by far greater X'ers than I.

As an aside I was very happy to see my Tarheels make a guarded win over the Wildcats last night even with Tyler Hansbrough sidelined with an injury along with Ginyard.

Seeing Ashley Judd sitting in the stands at one point made for some good eye-candy until I learnt the circumstances for her being where she was and dressed as she was, she was sitting in a sea of Tarheels dressed in UK blue: (to quote from a Carolina reporter)
Quote
"to make good on a pledge to attend the game during a campaign stop in Chapel Hill last month to support President-elect Barack Obama. Judd had promised to sit among the light blue-clad students for the game if the state - which hadn't cast its electoral votes for a Democrat since 1976 - voted for Obama."

Anyway, "WAR EAGLE!" for tonight's game.

By the way, I am so glad that College Basketball season has started; after this awful political season I need a new distraction!

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

How is it Ashley turned out this fine and Wynonna wound up eating everything in sight? Hell, I would even fuck their mother before I thought about giving Wynonna the pickle tickle.

78-74 Mercer.

Well, once again piss-poor FT shooting comes back to bite us in the ass...6-14 in the second half from the line.  Same shit, different game.

The first scene in Double Jeapordy is pretty damn hot. I think there is a tit shot in that scene but don't remember. I remember her being pretty sexy in that scene but it has been a while since I have seen it.

The rest of the movie sucks though...
