Picked up a giant (6'7"/315) OT....yes, an actual Offensive Tackle.
3-4* depending on the source.

He was the first pickup of the Harbinger era.  6-2, 250 DE.  Samoan, I think.  Prowlie would be proud.
This is pickup #2...a dang pickup of an OT that had been committed to Tennessee.

Rivals 250 is picked clean by the haves in the AP final seven plus Florida, Oregon and USC.

Our highest rated player is Lee Hunter a defensive lineman which we definitely need.

Hunsucker is gonna have to scrounge for the last ten or so from the can under the sink.
There's barely a crumb left to be had. The cats even fared better.

LB didn't seem to be an area of need necessarily tho.  Maybe he could turn into a rush end?

Read an article of former players praising Derek Mason, one in particular at Vandy and now in the NFL. Spoke of the first time he was beaten deep by a FUGA receiver (Godwin) for a score and how pissed he was and how Mason spent almost two hours with him afterwards.

Anyway I'm not sure Mason has time to burn on any one individual in our secondary but I imagine he's seen some film and could handle it by appointment.

Well, Tutt's gone so that takes care of a lot of the getting beat deep.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

No disrespect to Bo, Hershcel, Billy, Barry, Emmitt or anyone else, but Marcus Dupree was quite possibly the most talented running back I ever saw.  Uncanny combination of speed, power, vision and balance. You go watch his high school highlights and its stunning. Cover five yards in a step and a half. Bull over and through people.  He could have played any position and dominated.  His high school wasn't far from where I grew up and we started hearing about him when he was in 8th or 9th grade.

It's a shame his brain was behind the rest of his body.  I still wonder what he could have become without the entourage of 'uncles' and handlers who latched onto him, got into his head and ruined his career.  He had the potential to be on the Mount Rushmore of college backs with Herschel, Bo and Barry.  And without that dumbass Switzer loading him up like a pack mule, he might have gone on to an NFL career people would talk about forever.  But none of that happened. So.

I don't twatter so I don't know what those said.  If they refer in any way to Joseph Asswipe Goodman's dot  I am a gay twerker that has no balls!!!!  I also have no idea how to use the quote function to post stories, so I annoy the piss out of others.  I like male genatalia in and around my mouth. piece, then ignore the following.

I made the mistake of doing what I swore I wouldn't.  (Not that this is the first time that's happened) I fell for the click bait and read a piece that was entitled something along the lines of Harvinz already being behind.  What in the wide wide world of sports is this guy's problem? Hate Auburn much, do ya?

He's not necessarily wrong, but it's not just a Harsin problem.  EVERYONE is behind Saban and there doesn't appear to be any way to catch up with him consistently.

It's definitely draining the fun out of the game for 99.9% of college football fans.

Also, the above tweets were about a MS running back that broke Marcus Dupree's TD record signing with AU and Truesdell returning for his 2nd senior season.

Smart move by Truesdale.

I’m not sold on the Hunter kid just yet. Good speed and size, but I didn’t see a lot of wiggle. After watching Tank, I need more wiggle!
