I know that's a joke, but it's EXACTLY what they want.
Before becoming President, Trump was no angel. Never pretended that he was. What I care about is what the president does while in office.
It's why I have nothing but disdain for Obama. He did nothing. Talked, talked, talked. Nothing got done. By every standard the country and the world was worse on his last day than it was before he took office.
It's why I don't have a huge problem with Bill. He got things wrong (the mortgage crisis) but I thought he did a better job than many of trying to bring people together. His wife? She is a stone-cold criminal. I agree that without her driving him, Bill might easily be washing cars over a A-1 Full Service in El Dorado Arkansas, but as president he didn't do that badly when he wasn't being forced to listen to her. I think Bill's legacy would be much better off if he'd just said, "ya know, the stress of this job and the sham of this marriage caused me to make a mistake here. I'm sorry to ya'll, to that woman and to my family..."
It disgusts me that people like this ridiculous British clown (and so many others) can't step back and look at the actual progress that's being made in national security, international relations, the economy, race relations and basically every facet of society and see past their own petty agenda. Since when is winning wrong? That's what galls me about Pelosi and Schumer and their ilk. They do not care one single whit about the country. It's party over country all day long.
