Talking to the BIL last night about the upcoming season and how his team is looking. Got the usual Debbie Downer poor mouthing.  But he was saying they were behind because of all the rain we've had and they only have one week left to get ready.  What???

The actual season starts next Friday the 19th.  Seriously?  Why?  Yeah, I think that's a great idea.  Let's play more games in August.  Does everyone around the State start next week?

Pell City added a home game against Thompson on the 18th. We apparently play 11 regular season games this year.

2 of the top 4 teams in 7A square off in neutral site Cramton Bowl this Friday (the 19th) - Central PC and those little faggots from Hoover. Lots of d1 talent on field including some blue chip Auburn targets. Most notably Justyn Ross.
