Average time of appointing justices is about 3 months. Obama will get to pick the next justice. No way he risks letting a Republican president come in to do it.

If shithead does have a nominee, he, she, it will be blocked by the senate. Unless Rubio and/or Cruz cast their respective liberal votes. Trump's ass is grass for criticizing Scalia on affirmative action today. Poor timing for him. Hell, I my vote Rand Paul.

Little late in responding. Just now saw.

But was actually killing a little time before a House Gallery tour. Walked in and kind of got lucky. When I went the court and the house were both out on recess.
