We have two very active tackles that will go sideline to sideline. No fake pursuit from these biguns.

Adams-7 tackles, 1.50 for loss and a sack.
Russell-6 tackles, 2.50 for loss, 1.50 sacks.

Hope we can keep them fresh enough to remain healthy.

*Ford had 12 tackles to lead the team, Matthews and Frost followed with 8 each.

When was the last time a DB wasn't the leading tackler?

Rob Pate said Garrett gets tied up too easily. I'm assuming McKinzy has a similar problem. Can't say the same for Tre Williams but Frost seems to always be in pursuit. It's true our lacking LB play has put far too much on our DBs since Muschamp's departure after '06 when Herring and Dede led the team in stops.

Going out on a limb here, but I'm guessing 2008.

Adams looks like a fire done been lit under his ass. Played to his potential. If Cowart had been able to stay in, it would've helped tremendously.

If Cowart had played more, it would have messed up Lambert's game. I mean one of those sweeps might have been turned back in....

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.
