Five statements of WISDOM

He's going to UGA. He was lied to by the UCLA coaching staff, particularly his position coach and Coach Richt being the fine upstanding citizen took him under his wing, meanwhile the UGA WR Coach just signed on to be LSU's WR Coach...I wonder if 5* WR Terry Godwin knew of the departure before he signed with UGA, I'm guessing no.

I have to ask:  How legally binding is the LOI? If a kid signed with school A but then decided to go to school B. Could he play as a walk on?
