Auburn adds another during quiet Friday of signing period

 
After the fireworks involved in four top 100 prospects declaring their intentions on Thursday, Friday was a quiet day during the early signing period.
Auburn adds former Charlotte commit
The Auburn Tigers recruiting class somewhat surprisingly jumped to six members on Friday, as 6′-2″ guard Bryce Brown of Tucker (GA) signed a letter of intent. Brown was formerly committed to Charlotte before re-opening his recruitment just weeks ago.
Brown is the third guard in the class for the Tigers, joining California lead guard Nu Williams and junior college standout T.J. Dunans. Big men Trayvon Reed and Horace Spencer are also in a class which is firmly among the nation’s top 25 during head coach Bruce Pearl’s first haul.
Brown was a standout at Auburn’s Elite Camp, according to a quote from Pearl is a press release from the Tigers. He played at Columbia (GA) as a junior, and averaged 18 points and 5 assists per game. Given his skill set, it’s assumed he’ll be available to add depth as a third point guard and also figure into the mix at shooting guard as a sophomore.
