I was okay with that.  They were to the point of pulling the trigger but Chibs made the last second decision to let him go out on his own terms.  Remember, Jax was the one to convince Chibs to do it in the first place.  Last week, Jax told the council that he would make sure the Mayhem vote passed.  After Jax talked to Chibs, Chibs had to convince the club to vote a Mr. Mayhem.  He couldn't put a bullet in Jax' head but he knew Jax would take himself out.  I thought that was a good twist.   


I thought for a sesaon final it cleaned up everything in a nice neat package, prolly not much else they could do. Was glad it did not have the goffy ending like Dexter, Where Jax is working a drive through in the mid-west.

I liked the end of Sons a lot better than Breaking Bad.
