Old song lyrics

Spent a lot of time driving the past four days.  I never really knew what a lot of songs were about.  Maybe I'm just naïve or something but I never really heard them for what they were.

Tom Jones' Delilah is about some dude knifing his girlfriend to death for cheating on him.

Frankie Valli's "Oh What A Night" is about premature ejaculation  "As I recall it ended much too soon..."

Nitty Gritty's "Make A Little Magic" is about a frigid bitch who won't give it up.

Benny Mardone's "Into the Night" is about pedophilia.  As is "I Saw Her Standing There" by the Beatles, 'You're Sixteen" recorded by Ringo Starr among others, Goin Blind by KISS (you're 16 and I'm 93), Only Sixteen by Dr. Hook and a bunch of others.  Can't remember the Rolling Stones one.

So many more that I guess I just missed when I was listening to songs over the years and not paying attention to the words. People sing about some weird ass stuff.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."
